6. Orders & Confirmation

7. Delivery Policy

  • We currently deliver only within the UAE, limited to the following areas:
    • Ajman: Al Rashidiya, Al Bustan, Al Nakhil
    • Sharjah: Al Azra area
  • Delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery fees and free delivery offers are clearly displayed at checkout.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
  • Certain products, such as used electronics, personal care items, and undergarments, may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once the returned item is inspected and approved.
