1. Overview

At Paras Market, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time.
We currently provide delivery services to selected areas within the UAE, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition and within the promised timeframe.

2. Delivery Areas

Our delivery service currently covers the following locations only:

Ajman

  • Al Rashidiya
  • Al Bustan
  • Al Nakhil

Sharjah

  • Al Azra Area

If your address falls outside these areas, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm availability.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
    Delivery time begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
    We’ll notify you by email or SMS when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

4. Delivery Charges

  • Flat Delivery Fee: AED 10 per order
  • Free Delivery: On orders above AED 200 (within the service areas listed above)

All delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
  • Extra care is taken to securely pack electronics, perfumes, and personal care items.

6. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
You can contact our team anytime to check the delivery status using your order number.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our team will contact you to reschedule.
Please ensure your phone number and address details are correct to avoid delays or cancellation.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send your order number and photos to support@parasmarket.com, and our support team will assist you promptly.
