If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 12 days of receiving your order.

This policy applies to new and used electronics and clothing purchased directly from our website.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging (where applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Opened, damaged, or modified electronics (unless defective).
    • Used clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
    • Accessories, undergarments, or customized / personalized items.
    • Items sold as “non-returnable” or on clearance.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at support@parasmarket.com within 12 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable courier service.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Clothing (size or color change, subject to availability).
  • Electronics that are defective or were incorrectly delivered.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
