1. Overview

At Paras Market, we sell both brand-new and used products.
To ensure complete transparency, every product is carefully inspected, tested, and assigned a condition rating before being listed for sale.

This guide will help you understand what each condition label means — so you know exactly what to expect when you buy from us.

2. New Products

🆕 Condition: Brand New

• The product is factory sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
• Includes all manufacturer accessories, manuals, and warranty (if applicable).
• No signs of wear, scratches, or usage.

Examples:

• New electronics directly from the manufacturer or authorized dealer.
• New clothing, perfumes, or personal care items that have never been used.

3. Used / Refurbished Products

All used electronics at Paras Market go through a strict quality inspection and functionality test before listing.
We categorize them based on physical appearance and performance as follows:

⭐ Like New (Grade A+)

• Almost indistinguishable from brand new.
• Fully functional with no visible scratches or dents.
• Battery health and performance are excellent.
• Comes with original or replacement packaging and all essential accessories.

Example: A phone returned within days of purchase, fully tested and repackaged.

⭐ Excellent Condition (Grade A)

• Lightly used product with minor signs of wear, such as faint marks or hairline scratches.
• Fully functional with no technical issues.
• May include original or compatible accessories.

Example: A laptop used gently for a short period but still looks almost new.

⭐ Good Condition (Grade B)

• Moderate signs of use such as visible scratches, minor dents, or faded buttons, but 100% functional.
• Screen may show small cosmetic marks that do not affect performance.
• Accessories may or may not be original.

Example: A mobile phone that works perfectly but shows light casing wear.

⭐ Fair Condition (Grade C)

• Noticeable wear and tear: scratches, dents, or visible scuffs.
• Device is fully tested and functional, but may have minor cosmetic imperfections.
• Suitable for customers looking for budget-friendly, working devices.

Example: A tablet with visible body wear but smooth performance.

4. Perfumes, Clothing & Personal Care Items

• Perfumes: Sold only as new, sealed, and unused items.
• Clothing: Listed as new, checked for quality and packaging.
• Personal Care Products: Always brand new and unopened for hygiene and safety reasons.
  (Used personal products are never sold on Paras Market.)

5. Functionality Guarantee

Every used product (especially electronics) sold by Paras Market is:

If a product does not perform as described, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our policy.
